Refund and Return Policy

At Vibe Tribe University, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we do not offer refunds, we do accept product exchanges under specific conditions. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
All purchases made through Vibe Tribe University, including but not limited to apparel, merchandise, accessories, and other physical products, are final sale. We do not offer cash, credit, or debit card refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our operations and to continue offering high-quality, limited-edition products to our community.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and other relevant details before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
While we do not issue refunds, we do allow for exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
1.Timeframe
All exchange requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for processing.
- Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition. This means:- The product must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear or use.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Items must be clean and unwashed.
2.Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must accompany your exchange request.
- Approved Items Only
Only select items are eligible for exchange. Final clearance, promotional, or custom-made items are not eligible unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us
Visit our contact page HEREÂ or email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and a clear photo of the item in its current condition.
2.Wait for Approval
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning the item if it is eligible for exchange. Please do not send items back without receiving written approval from our support team.
3.Ship the Item
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches us safely.
4.Processing the Exchange
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets all conditions, we will process your exchange. Exchanges will be sent out within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include clear photos of the damage and your order details. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or allow an exchange for an item of equal value.
LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
- Vibe Tribe University is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
- Exchanges are limited to the availability of stock. If the item you request is out of stock, you may be offered an alternative item of equal value.
- Items received after the 30-day return window or in unacceptable condition will not be processed and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
- This policy applies exclusively to physical merchandise and does not cover digital products, event tickets, course access, or membership services, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
