Vibe Tribe University is primarily an online platform, offering easy access to our courses, programs, and coaching from anywhere in the world. However, we are also deeply committed to community engagement and impact. COURSES & ENROLLMENT
How do I enroll in a course or program?

Simply visit the Courses section of our website, choose the course you’re interested in, and follow the enrollment steps. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access instructions.

Most of our programs are beginner-friendly and do not require any prior experience. However, some advanced coaching containers or certifications may have prerequisites, which will be clearly listed on the course description page.

Access time depends on the course. Many offer lifetime access, while others may have time-bound availability (e.g., 3–6 months). Details will always be provided before you enroll.

Many of our programs are self-paced with pre-recorded modules, allowing you to work on your own schedule. Some include live group calls, coaching sessions, or live Q&A support.

PAYMENTS & POLICIES
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH payments and secure payments through our POS system. Some programs may offer installment payment options at checkout.

We do not offer refunds. However, we allow exchanges within 30 days of your purchase if your product or item is returned in unused and good condition. Please refer to our Refunds & Exchange Policy for full details.
